Platform Operator Identity
This platform is operated by an independent freelance practitioner licensed in Saudi Arabia under a Freelancing Practitioner Certificate issued by the Saudi Freelance Platform. All services and products are provided as an individual practitioner, not as a registered company.
Digital Products
All products sold are digital. Once the download file is delivered or access is granted, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable. You are licensed to use the product for a single commercial project only unless the specific product license states otherwise. Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing in any form is not permitted.
Custom Services
Custom services (development, design) are governed by a separate service agreement agreed upon before commencement. The client may request a partial refund within 48 hours of work commencement if no partial deliverable has been received. After that, the terms of the signed agreement apply.
Payments
All payments are processed via Moyasar, an electronic payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Mada, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted. All transactions are encrypted and protected under PCI-DSS standards. By completing payment, you agree to Moyasar's Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
The operator retains all intellectual property rights to the products and creative works published on this platform. A purchase grants you a limited use license under the stated terms and does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Regulations and the Consumer Protection Law. Any dispute shall be resolved under the applicable regulatory procedures in the Kingdom.
