Refund & Return Policy

This platform complies with the Saudi Consumer Protection Law. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Digital Products

No-Refund Policy After Delivery

Due to the digital nature of products, digital goods cannot be returned once access has been granted or a download link has been delivered. This is in accordance with the digital product exception under the Saudi Consumer Protection Law.

You are entitled to a full refund only in the following cases:

  • The product is non-functional and you were unable to access it after purchase
  • The delivered product differs materially from its description on the product page
  • Duplicate charge for the same order (technical error)

2. Custom Services (Development & Design)

  • Within 48 hours of work commencement and before any partial delivery: full refund.
  • After delivery of the first draft or initial output: partial refund to be agreed upon based on completion percentage.
  • After final client approval and project closure: no refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date with the following:

  • Order number
  • Email address used at purchase
  • Clear description of the issue

4. Refund Processing Time

Upon approval of a refund request, amounts are processed within 7–14 business days via the Moyasar payment gateway back to the original payment method.
